Experience Description
Bring the PACHNIEL Sound Bath experience to your own space. Designed for intimate gatherings of friends, family, coworkers, or small groups. This private experience brings the calming benefits of sound and stillness directly to you—whether at your home, workplace, retreat, private venue, or other suitable location. Through guided meditation, immersive sound, and gentle vibration, participants are invited to slow down, settle the nervous system, release built-up tension, and move into a deeper state of relaxation. While the experience is shared, each participant is free to relax, receive, and experience the session in their own way. Your reservation includes up to 4 participants, with the option to add additional guests for a maximum of 12 participants. Capacity: Up to 12 participants Starting Price: $600 — includes up to 4 participants Additional Participants: $50 per person Duration: Approximately 90 minutes Location: Your home, workplace, retreat, private venue, or other approved location Travel: Included within 40 miles of our Terrell studio Availability: Monday–Wednesday only Instruments: A thoughtfully selected collection of sound instruments is incorporated throughout the experience to create layers of sound, vibration, and stillness. Depending on the session, certain instruments may also be gently placed on or near the body to experience the vibrations more directly. One reservation includes the experience for up to 4 people. Booking Policy
Booking Policy: Travel, off-site, private group, corporate, and large-group experiences require advance booking and full payment to reserve your date and time. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file. The person booking is the primary contact and is responsible for communicating event details and PACHNIEL policies to all guests. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand plans can change. However, these experiences require advance preparation, scheduling, equipment transportation, and reserving a specific date and time exclusively for your group. Therefore, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, changes in attendance, or guests unable to participate. If you need to cancel or request to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled experience, as well as no-shows, will be subject to an additional $25 fee charged to the card on file. The only exception is if PACHNIEL or the facilitator cancels the experience, in which case a full refund will be issued. By booking, you acknowledge this policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to your card on file. Arrival & Start Time: The booking party is responsible for ensuring the location is accessible and ready for arrival, unloading, and setup. Participants must be ready at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not extend the experience. Group Size: Reservations are based on the agreed group size. Significant changes must be communicated in advance. Additional participants may require additional equipment, space, preparation, or fees and must be approved by PACHNIEL. Travel & Location: The booking party is responsible for providing a safe, clean, accessible, and appropriate space for participants and equipment. Parking restrictions, stairs, elevators, access codes, loading instructions, or other conditions affecting setup must be communicated in advance. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance from our studio at 119 E. Moore Ave., Terrell, TX 75160. Large Groups & Corporate Experiences: Large groups, corporate events, retreats, and customized experiences may require additional preparation, equipment, travel arrangements, pricing, or a separate agreement.
