Experience Description
Gather your people and experience a Sound Bath in a space reserved exclusively for your group. Whether you’re coming together with friends, family, coworkers, or simply a group of people you enjoy sharing meaningful experiences with, a Private Group Sound Bath offers an opportunity to step away from the usual routine and enjoy intentional time together in a calm, welcoming environment. As you settle in, layers of sound and gentle vibration fill the room, inviting the mind to quiet, the nervous system to settle, and the body to release built-up tension. While everyone experiences the session together, each person is free to relax, receive, and experience the sound in their own way. There is no need to talk, perform, or participate in any particular way. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the experience to unfold. Your group. Your time. A private space to experience sound and stillness together. Capacity: Up to 12 people (minimum 3 people) Duration: 90 minutes Location: 119 E. Moore Ave., Terrell, TX 75160 Price: $300 (for up to 3 people) Additional Participants: $50 per person, up to a maximum of 12 people Instruments: A thoughtfully selected collection of sound instruments is incorporated throughout the experience to create layers of sound, vibration, and stillness. Depending on the session, certain instruments may also be gently placed on or near the body to experience the vibrations more directly. One reservation (1 ticket) includes the experience for up to 3 people. Additional participants may be added for $50 per person. Sound Baths are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic care and should not be used in place of treatment provided by a licensed healthcare provider.
Booking Policy
Booking Policy: To reserve your experience, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received. A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for your reservation. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans can change. However, because each reservation holds a limited space exclusively for you, all payments and reservations are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled experience, as well as no-shows, will be subject to an additional $25 fee charged to the card on file. The only exception to our non-refundable policy is if the facilitator cancels the experience, in which case a full refund will be issued. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize PACHNIEL to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee to your card on file. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled experience to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling in. We provide a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. If you arrive within this grace period, your experience will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the experience has begun, your session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show, and the applicable no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Waitlist Policy: If a session is fully booked, you're welcome to join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, guests will be contacted in the order they joined. You'll have a limited time to confirm before the space is offered to the next guest. Private Group Reservations: Private group experiences require advance booking and full payment to reserve your date. For large groups, corporate experiences, travel sessions, and off-site experiences, separate agreements, pricing, travel fees, and policies may apply.
